(job no -6940) Battery recd but still taking lot of time to charge
I Purchased 2 Exide SQ - 450 batteries on 15/09 . After 13-14 months Battery Started to consume lot water from few cells and would take a hour to charge if light went for 5 minutes. I registered my complaint in sept . 2 person from exide came and checked the battery and told that your inverter is faulty. But after few days i checked my Lumious inverter from Authorised service station and he told that your inverter is perfectly ok and there is no problem in inverter. I told this to Exide And sent my batteries to there service station in mayapuri as per there tel conversation. After 18 days on 29th oct i recived my batteries after making many calls and email to them. And was told that your battery is perfectly fine. But still same problem persist . still battery is taking more than 60 minutes to fuly recharge when light went for 5 minutes only. Therefore battery was consuming lot of water from few cells.
Please help me to get my battery replaced. I being a senior citizen cant travel a lot.
