I have purchased EXIDE INVA TUBULAR BATTERY IT 500 to Jobi Jose, Kulathoor House, Pandappilly P.O, Pandappilly, Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam Dist., Kerala on 15-01. Its just 29 months, my battery no backup. I have complained to dealer from where i purchased it but, they told me the battery non-serviceable. My battery have 48 months warranty. Then i call direct to Exide Company there i have register my complaint and the no .is SKHO oooo4411.We face huge big problem so please do needful for us.i m waiting for your reply.
