Late delivery and bad customer service

On 3rd Jan We book LG LCD Tv from eZone, chinchwad Branch by paying 60, 000/-.

They promised to deliver the product on 11th Jan. But till now they have not delivered the product. Again they have not communicated anything about late delivery.

Pls look into this matter and resolve the same ASAP.
