I will like to bring to your notice that I have purchased a Samsung washing machine (F861 EW) in the month of 26th Jan 12 from E zone (Growels 101 Mall) retail at Kandivali east. It was promised by the retailer to send a washing machine which is in totally packed condition. I had agreed to pay sum of Rs 1000/- plus the 3 to 4 % Octrio charges, as the delivery was to be given at Bhayander (At My Home).
When the Deliver has arrived at at Bhayander (At My Home), to my shock the washing machine as in a pathetic condition with all the box opened. As I was very unhappy with the delivery I did not take the delivery on the Date : 30th Jan 12 At that time I had a telephonic conversation with the store manager and he promised me to give the delivery within 3 to 4 days. I had agreed to this as I was getting the piece which I had booked.
Now after a week the store manager is replying to me saying that I will have to compromise and take the same piece which they had send to my place or take anything else from the store. On my refusal of buying any other goods from his store he has offered me to give my coupons back but in this I am loosing the washing machine model which I had booked and also the discount which the retailer was offering on the 26th of January.
This has taken a good amount of follow up with the store and has given me mental stress. Even after being ready to compromise on all the points of transaction I feel cheated. I will never recommend Ezone to any one for buying any product.
How long this cheating of the customer would continue
Please help me in this regard. I would like to get my Company Packed Samsung Washing Machine.
