PATHETIC STORE WITH RIDICULOUS/LAID BACK PPL WORKING IN THE STORE BASICALLY ALL ILLITERATES WITHOUT ANY KNOWLEDGE!!

This is regarding a very serious problem that we have faced after purchasing electronic items from E-ZONE STORE/RAGHULEELA MALL/KANDIVALI. Details are as under : -

1] On 16.03.2010 we visited ezone shop at Raghuleela Mall, Kandivali (W) and ordered a refrigerator, pedestial fan and vaccuum cleaner [Order number - 2029003881). the delivery date mentioned on the bill was 25.03.2010. The entire payment for the goods was made through debit card.

2] On 17.03. we receive a call saying that the refrigerator would be delivered today. We were more than happy to know about it. However, we realised that the fridge delivered was not the one that we had booked.

3] The very next day, i personally visited the shop to let them know regarding the exact colour that i had selected and that a wrong colour fridge was delivered. I was assured by the staff that the fridge would be exchanged.

4] After repeated follow-ups, the fridge which i had ordered was delivered on 26.03.2010. But this time it was a totally different story. The fridge had a dent on top, had scratches on the sides, moreover, it had a torn manual which made it evident that it was not a fresh piece and a display piece.

5] The matter was immediately reported to the store, who assured verbally that they would deliver a fresh piece of the same colour that we had ordered on Wednesday - 31.03.2010 or else the money would be refunded on Thursday morning from the shop. This was mentioned by a person named Manoj from the shop. As we had waited for so many days we thought let us wait for a few more days.

6] On 30.03. we got a call from the shop that the fridge would be delivered the next day. However, to our dismay the next day again the wrong colour fridge was delivered.

7] When we contacted the store that we dont want the fridge and to refund the money, we are suddenly told that the payment would be refunded only after 25 days as the payment was made through a debit card.

These ppl are just taking advantage and making a fool of the ppl who go to theis store were they advertise unnecessarily in the print media about the products they have infact i doubt they run the store just to fake the ppls money!!

To add to this there is a very casual attitude meted out by the store staff to the entire episode.

we would not be buying any product from E-Zone ever and would definitely restrain our Friends and Family and to the people as a whole... Please think twice before going to the E-Zone Store if you have the patience and the energy to fight with the ppl out there... I wish you all luck and share a sad story with the many ppl who had gone through this similar situation.
