I placed an order for portable dvd player with screen as shown in naaptol web site.order date was 17 10 09 and order no. was75669.after one month, on 13/11/09 i received one simple dvd player.after complain the same some gita bagheel email me to send back the item for replacement along with courier expenses bill.i did the same next day.but till date i have not received the item (1/04/10).now nobody reply my emails.the customer service rep.they are giving falls comitment.they are all sitter, daku, lottera, .
do not buy any things from them.do not wastage your money.goverment should take strict action against naaptol.
