I have ordered and received a mobile (F8, 34'' full touch screen mobile) in the month of june. at the time of first charging charger burned, when i called your customer care people, first of all their receiving is not good when they got to know that i am going to complain about the product and when i said them regarding my problem simply they are saying that the problem is with our electrical wiring and plug point, when i said them that i have almost 7 mobiles of our family people where every mobile will be charged in the same plugpoint every day, they have no answer and they are saying the same bloody reason that my plug point is problematic. i didnt get any responce for my problem for more than one week where as you people gave gauranty for 6 months. I fed up of calling u people and i puchased a new one from market. and now from past 10 days my mobile touch screen is not working and other functions also not working. and battery is very week back up or 2 hours. Your people are giving good offers for customers but really we are afraid that your products are really bad quality, we paid 3, 299/- for the mobile and this is not small amount for a middle class family. you didnt send any bill copy for my purchase and i dont have any documents or order number now. I hope through this complaint if you people can solve my problem, i will be thank full.
