Bad service delivery

On the 15th of April I booked a servicing appointment for my Faber chimney for Saturday, the 23rd of April. Spent the whole day today, chasing the call centre persons who kept asking why the service centre had not called me up!!! After 6 calls and 6 hours, and a lot of threats, I got a call saying that it would cost me Rs. 400 but it would be done on Monday. We are a working family and had made time today and cannot take leave on Monday.

This is totally irresponsible and unacceptable.
