Unit not functining

I had bought a Faber Gas burner GB 40 MT Sr. No. H1012277937 on 30th April through our Kitchen contractor (Mr. Jayaprakash) from Sampurna Enterprises-Bangalore. As the kitchen was not ready we commisioned the burner only in the first week of May. We found the following 2 problems on this burner.

1) One of the burner was not getting ignited. 2) On the other bigger burner, flame was not coming on the inner diffuser.

We complainted to Faber on 11th of May - complaint no. 1105112388 dated 11/05. A technician (Mr. Abraham) came after 3 days and set the first problem right. On the second problem, as he was unable to solve, he went back saying that he will talk to his senior and revert back. He also indicated that the perticular burner may have to be replaced.

Almost a month has gone by with out any response from Faber. I talked to faber Bangalore servicing department - Mr. Karthik on 9591226661 and Mr. Mani on 8970989802. But so far no result.

We are not able to use this burner as the inner diffuser emit gas without burning and as a result the accumulated gas burns suddenly with a bang. This could lead to a major accident.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
