I have purchased a Stove Hop of Brand - FABER on Sunday 19th Sept.
I am sorry to mentioned on the site - that the same is having ignition problem and I registered the complaint immediately with the call centre (tel:32181402) - Call Number - 176840
Unfortunately the engineer who visited could not do much about it and confirmed that the other engineer would come and resolve.
The other so called engineer returns 2 days later to comment - this issue is normal and can not be improved beyond a particular level of improvisation.
I feel cheated and embarrased at home for offering my wife such a product.
I am ready to shell more money for a better product in exchange.
Need some one to help me immediately on this as the product is just 3 days old in the house.
