Overcharing and actual problem not solved

I have recently repaired my Sony TV from ‘Fast track service’. The problem was with Line filter coil and two ceramic capacitors. They short the Line filter coil and changed the two capacitors and charged 1500 rupees. Capacitors are available in range of 50p-50 rupees range. Sony TV manual strictly says that ‘Line filter coil’ must be in circuit. This was a really bad experience from them.
