Wrong information provided for recharge by 1000 to get 1100

I have asked to customer care executive on 25/07/09 about the offer in which we were getting 1100 against the recharge of 1000 and got the confirmation that yes that offer will last upto 31/07/09 and hence I got my no.-09940116831 recharged by 1000 but instead of 1100 talk time I got the talk time of 904. When Again I contacted to the customer care vide request reference No.-0727074065 they replied that sorry by mistake he has given the wrong information. We have logged your complaint and we will contact you before 6PM on27 july. Again I made a call to the Customer care on 27 july around 4 PM they told me that still there is 2 hrs remaining, so by that time will call you and update you surely but I didn't got any call from customer care. Hence to day 28/07/09 around 11:11AM i made a call to customer care for the same then after a very long time they replied that I accepts our fault and sorry for inconvience caused. We will return you 100 rs talk value to your no. within 7 working days as wrong information was given to you.

Sir, I wanted to know that why any customer will suffer for your fault. Customer care system is to assist the customer not to provide such a wrong information to the customer. And if they are telling that 1100 against 1000 recharge then why I will get only 100 why not 196 to compensate my loss and also wants to know that what are the corrective actions taken by your Airtel to overcome the situation and what are the preventive maesures to avoid the such a miscommunication among your customer and customer care.

This is my kind request to your good office that kindly return me back either 196 as confirmed by your executive or will rethink about the usage of AIRTEL SERVICES.

Will you please to tell me that why we will use AIRTEL SERVICE? any thing GOOD in your service. Nither your executives are responding properly. They are thinking that consumers are dependent on them.

Sir, once again this is my kind request to you to arrange to return back my 196 to continue usage of your service.
