Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a Washing Machine SuperWash XL A-72h during Dec.

I guess I made a wrong choice, from the time I bought this machine there has been a complaint very frequently and I am very unsatisfied with this machine, I regret for having bought this product from Whirlpool.

I thought this was the best product in the Semi Automatic Category but my thought was proved wrong.

I, strongly recommend that I get a replacement for my washing machine to be a loyal Whirlpool customer. Hope my problem is understood and this problem solved by replacement as there is always only a temporary solution.
