Dear sir,

I am very sorry to inform you that our Fiberoptic Crystal Light is not working since last 3 years. I had requested to all the persons working at Lucknow and Delhi regarding this matter. But till now the the result is Zero. I came to know about the your this website only few days back. My comlaint no is 11006713. On 21st December. Mr. Devmani Singh from Luknow attended the call but he was helpless as he was not the proper person to handle the electrical problem. He takes away the projector choke and cable and assured me to reply back within 2-3 days

But unfortunately we dont receive any reply from your side and till today the result is BIG ZERO

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful
