Sir,
on 7th of january, i went to Ramswaroop College (Faizabad Road) for my semester exams.
I had kept my cellphone along with my friend in his bag in front of the security guards.
After the exams 8 to 12 bags were stolen including the bag in which me and my friend had kept
our cellphones.
We tried ringing on my friends' cell (as mine was switched off), a girl picked it and before could ask
her anything she hanged the phone and didnt picked it up another time.
My phone's IMEI number is 031644409 (last nine digits). The shopkeeper had written only nine digits on the reciept.
