Dear Sir,

I am informing you about my bad experience with ur authorised service centre in "SkyLink" 8/1A, Little Russel Street, Park Street, Kolkata, West Bengal 700071, Phone:09339791037.

I have a LG mobile Whose Model No. is 190. I have facing some problem regarding Mobile Battery since some time. I told him that the Problem is mainly due to battery. But service center person says to me that your battery is ok and we have doing the software updatation. But Problem is same. There is no Increasing of backup and no problem solved yet.

please action immediately.

NB: i purchage LG mobile dt. 21-04 form Bigbazar.
