Bad service of product and ill behaviour of representative

I have bought a flyB430 a few weeks ago and was having a bit of problems in the data cable area, and also my cell phone was malfunctioning with the power cords. I have handed my phone to the nearest authenticated service centre. They had asked for about a month's time to repair it. But after 2 months when I did not get back my phone, I threatened them to return my phone as soon as possible. They ill-treated me like anything even regarding my financial. On the very next day, they returned my phone but it was not repaired. Just then I gave my phone to one of my friend, who is an expert phone mechanic, and he told me that the service centre had changed the entire circuit board and even the LCD.

If we expect this kind of behaviour from the service centre, then I do not expect that this company is a heed for the common people like us...

It will be better to avoid this kind of companies as far as possible...

(I have tried to kept secret about the company representatives, and i hope that the company will look after this problem and will do the necessity)
