Fly B720 Duo Phone
Battery not available

I have bought th Fly B720 phone on 28/07, and was told that the service centre is in Koparkhairane close to my home, so any problem will be solved immediately. I have been trying to find the battery since last one and half years in all the service centres mentioned in the site at ghatkopar, vashi and koparkhairane. The customercare no provided in the mobile phone box is also not valid. I am seriously frustrated with the phone and request to solve my problem on urgent basis. I am not being able to use my mobile phone from last year. I recently went to koparkhairane service centre nearly thrice and being told lavishly that we have ordered batteries and will call you when the battery comes
