Poor After Sales Service

I bought a FLY DS 100 Dual SIM mobile from Mumbai with Warranty card. After about three to four months of usage, it stopped functioning. There was no display and nothing. I gave it for servicing at an authorized service provider, Accel Frontline, 160, Ground Floor, Thiru Building, Greams Road, Chennai 600 006 on 23-06. Its been over a month and till now I didn't get it serviced or replaced. Such a worst mobile company. If they can't just service it, atleast they should replace it. The details of the complaint are :-

Please don't buy FLY mobiles. You will receive the worst service in your life. There is no use in buying FLY Dual SIM mobiles. You will end up without a mobile. They will keep it till its warranty period gets over and will then return it without servicing.
