I commit the mistake of purchasing Fly handset on 26th January. And on 30th Jan, I visited your service center and complain about the defected piece.
And send my handset for repairing in your service center since then for very same two defects. But, both of them are unresolved yet.
Yesterday I visited the service center for taking my handset back. But, I was shocked that defects were unresolved moreover, the handset was broken. And one of your representative, Praveen, also misbehaved and was not ready to listen to me. I did not received handset and it is in your custody for the fifth time.
I am fed up of your lethargic and poor service and demand a new handset in place of mine and an extended warranty period too. Otherwise, I am going to Consumer Grievance cell on Monday i.e. 16th August.
