I have a Fly E300.its touch screen & keypad buttons have got spoilt within an year.i gave it for repair on 27th November.till today i.e. 17th January their has been no response.the dealers say that the spare parts are not available.

Is this the service you provide to your customers? I'v been suffering without a phone for 2 months.
