in 3nd month it started malfunctioning, it started switching off itself without my command, i went to customer care center details of which are:
Cell Point 201/202, Sunsrise plazza, 2nd floor, copper road a.s.r
they kept the cell with this promise that it will be fine in few days although they took almost 45 days and end up with the same problem, i went again to them, this time they said that they will REPLACE it and after 30 days they give it back to me BUT my story begins from here, it again malfunctioned and i couldnot switch it on and at last i visted the CUSTOMER CARE CENTER again on:

this time the answer is somewhat different and SCHOKING too the replied that the company stopped producing FLY MC100 because of its persistant complaints so the cant replace it, what they can do is give us a new set in the range of 3000 rs, i told them that i brought it of 6000 rs and even now this model is avalible in the market and its price is in between 6000 - 7000rs (i confirmed 4rm shop in hall bazar mobile No. 01836538606) but they argued badly with me, even if company stopped producing that model further becoz of its faulty nature, thats the companys problem, although it should be SORRY to its customers for the INCONVENENCE created becoz of tis mistake and REPLACE it with another model with the SAME PRICE (6000)
KINDLY inform me is this true that company STOPPED FLY MC 100 production?
and wat is the reputition of the company and its market value, its accountability and credibility and the most prior HOW HOW can i buy another cell of the same company who just in a year, without considering its customers, stop producing its model, nd says SORRY take half the money back of ur cell price. WHAT about that inconvenience??? and what if it do same with the another model of it too!!!
KINDLY DO answer me as soon as possible as they said me to come back and take the REWARDED money/cell back on 1 dec. i will be very GREATFULL TO YOU.
