Service Center personnel not repairing my handset which is in Warranty. Its three weeks now

Dear Sir,

Myself Karan Gaba, living in Hari Nagar, Delhi-64. I purchased a Fly handset on April 25, model no.: B450, IMEI No. 910551700622633.

I am facing “trackpad and network low problem” in my handset from the last 30-45 days. I have submitted my handset to Fly mobile service centre i.e. Gurunanak Telecom, J-71, Vishnu Garden on November 05 for repairing. The complaint no. allotted to me is 10001, Person’s name: Mr. Santosh, HOD: Mr. Ranveer, Contact no.: 01125983685, 09311282602. He promised me to repair the handset within a week, however, I have visited there thrice and called him so many times but he gave me a new date everytime to return the repaired handset.

As everyone knows the mobile need in today’s time, you can easily understand my situation without mobile. My work is suffering a lot without mobile. Every time I have to call from PCO to dial Service Center no. to know the status of my mobile.

Its just 6 months to my mobile which means it is in warranty, still service center people is taking so long to repair it. Please help me out and get my mobile repaired at the earliest.
