Dear custmercare, i got FMRadioHeadphone_24seven, Item Title: Wireless FM Radio Headphone

through india timesshopping by order no. 112625179 and paid for it by my credit card, when i recieved that product, it's not working at all, that it is manufacturing defect. pls tell me that how i can get fresh piece.
