I was so disappointed about ur services. we are facing problems with ur vaccum cleaner right from the day we bought ur product .ur customer service person for thanjavur muthu krishnan have taken our vaccum cleaner 20 days before but there is no response still now.take some action on in it or atleast ask him to tell how many years he needed to repair it .we will wait till because we bought ur product and contacted ur worst services
