Rs.25 charged towards Mobile World Membership LI which not applied for and not required

Mobile world membership charges of Rs.25 charged in the bill for my mobile no.9347050855. The said facility was not sought for and not utilized. The amount may please be refunded. Further, Rs.50 fime for late payment charged. Why this was not told or insisted when paying the bill? The lady at the counter told there are no late payment charges. So, please waive this and intimate.
