Misuse of my ECS facilty

Hi,

3/4 months back I had requested to cancel my number. But airtel customer care people told me that you can keep it for 3 months without rental and if you wont activate this after 3 months this will be automatically cancelled. But airtel customer care people contacted some other people and again activated the number without my prior information. I had never requested them to activate this number. They should have informed me before activating my number, atleast They should have send me one mail informing me that we are reactivating your number.

Also they have debited Rs219 from my account and now they are not refunding it to me.
