We had purchased an RO water purifier from Fresco Water solutions, Vasai Road Dist. Thane (an appliance division of Pushpanjali International, Mumbai) on 04/10. The RO system was fitted in our old residence, we then shifted to a new place in March we requested Mr. Deepak Jain (9322747622) of fresco to fix the RO system to our new residence. He came to fix the same and asked us about the pre filler cartridge (which was supposed to be part of the standard equipment fitting). We told him that the cartridge was never supplied to us when we bought the RO system. He gave us a new pre filler cartridge and charged us for the same. We told him that since he had never provided us the pre filler cartridge at the time of purchase and we only received a box of the RO system, we should not be paying for it again as we have already paid for the same at the time of purchase of the RO system. Also, the delivery challan only mentions the RO system. We paid him only the charges for fixing the RO system.
Since last many months we have been following up with him for servicing of the system which is under warranty but till date he has not responded to our requests. He also claims that since we are not paying him for the cartridge, he will not provide us with any warranty services which we are eligible for and are due since last many months.
We have been suffering since last many months as the water purifier system is not working properly since it is not serviced and cleaned. I would like to highlight here that despite of paying in full amount in advance for the equipment, we have been denied of our rights as consumer. Hence I seek your help in the matter to get complete refund of my money.
