I HAD LODGED A COMPLAINT NO 8406653699 DT.13.4.2010 FOR REPLACEMENT OF BROKEN WATER BOTTLE SHELF. I HAVE BEEN MAKING CALLS DAILY FOR LAST 3 WEEKS BUT NOBODY HAS CALLED UP OR TURNED UP. TO MY SUPRISE WHEN I CALLED UP AGAIN TODAY ON 3.5.2010 I WAS TOLD BY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE THAT CALL WAS CLOSED ON 17.4.2010. THIS IS SIMPLY CHEATING AND HARRESSMENT TO THE CUSTOMER. HOW CAN THE CALL BE CLOSED WITHOUT ATTENDING THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT AND GETTING HIS SIGNATURE.
IF THE SERVICE EXECUTIVE IS FALSELY CLOSING WITH FRAUD SIGNATURE THEN WE ARE SHOCKED THAT A MNC COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG HAS SUCH A TERRIBLE SERVICE NETWORK AND RESPONSE TIME.
