Incoming call problem

I bought the Samsung Mpower569 fom Vashi on 29th march fom Tata Indicom center in 10000 s, but i am facing the problem is incoming calls, i visited samsung centers but really vashi service center's condition is very bad, people are complaining but no any positive response from thei side, to see this i was shocked. No any positive response from that center, can any one help em for solve that poblem.
