I ordered one Philips home theater. Instead of one, I got two sets. I called the helpline number and asked for picking of the extra product. In spite of that the product was never picked. I have called them so many times now. Each time they say they will arrange a pick up of the product and will refund the money.
My money has not been refunded and i am being charged the interest on the amount (Credit Card).
It has more than 45 days now. I want my money back with interest as soon as possible.
