Worst Online Shopping & Really bad services

Myself Devdatta Rane,

I had Booked Videocon LCD TV on 19/11/10.Order No.5005201946

Payment was made in cash which was deposited on 20/11/10 in ICICI Bank.

After 20 days have gone i am still waiting for the product to be delivered, on 7/12/10. i get a call from the Customer Support that their vendor`s are not having stock so they would like to return the amount and cannot complete the order .so i really want to know what should i do?

I hope appropriate action should be taken against Futurebazaar for such kind of pathetic services and non compliance of terms and conditions.
