FBID : 2577847 ON 29.06.2011. MY ORDER NO 5029764141. I MADE THE PAYMENT
THROUGH ATOM METHOD FROM MY CREDIT CARD (BELONGING TO HSBC). THE TRANSACTION
ALSO GOT CLEARED ON 1.07.2011. I SENT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS .I ALSO
RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THEY HAVE RECEIVED AND THE ORDER IS IN PROCESS.
SINCE THEN WHENEVER I AM CORRESPONDING OVER PHONE YOUR CUSTOMER CARE IS
TELLING "EVERYTHING IS READY FOR SHIPMENT AND YOU WILL GET THE PRODUCT
WITHIN 48 HOURS." EVEN ON THE WEBSITE IT SHOWED READY TO SHIP. TODAY WHEN 48
HOURS HAVE CROSSED AND I AM REPORTING, YOUR CUSTOMER CARE IS TELLING ME THAT
IT IS NOT IN THE STOCK. THEN WHY DID YOU TAKE THE ORDER? WHY DID YOU MAKE
THE TRANSACTION WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME THAT IS NOT IN THE STOCK?

REALLY PUZZLED AND I HAVE LOST ALL FAITH TOWARDS YOU. BESIDES I ALSO FOUND
MANY COMPLAINTS ON WEBSITE REPORTING SIMILAR CASES.

DELIVERY BECAUSE I AM TOTALLY SHOCKED AND HURT DEEPLY. EZONE OUTLETS ARE ALL
