Replacment not getting

Aginst my order no 5002023160, i purchased Jaipan non stick fry pan, on dated 15 Aug received same as per delivery terms within 7 days,

But in that mention product found in damage condition, as per policy they should replace it, so i logeed the complint by mail as well as by telephone, against same they reply they will collect it befroe or on 31.8. but still date as on 06.09. its lying with me.

I unable to use that pan after paying money.

Its very bad expirance to me from them
