Dear Sir,

I would like inform to you that I have booked one touch screen phone (product code : 353-74) with my cell no. 9670223456 against order no. 702407885 dated 12/01/10, which has been delivered to me dated 13/01 though courier on cash payment for Rs. 5999.00 and same one has been gifted to my close relative but they have return the same three days back just because of that phone is not catching proper signal even in full network.

Sir, hare I want state that I have checked the same and try to make contact with you since 25’th Jan-10 as per advice of service card provided by you (send two SMS & make call on customer care no. many attempts) but yesterday (dated 27/01/10) I have get success to make contact with Madam Pallavi on customer care no. and I have get complaint no. 3126561 dated 27/01/10 but till now I have get any response from your side.

You are requested please now take back the same product and return the money as per company policy.
