Not received mobile from service past 4 months

Greetings,

This is PRUDHVI from kakinada (Andhra pradesh). I have given my G7-540 mobile for service on 01-06 at G7-service center in Kakinada. Till now i did not received my mobile back from the service. I am contact to the customer care of G7-Systems from the past two months but they are not giving correct response to me. They asked me to send the JOB SHEET of my mobile i did that one month ago, no response after this one also. I am held up with there service and contact you for the solution.
