I recharged my phone for 249 INR and as per their plan got 249 INR. After all the calls I made my balance was 170 INR. Then I activated 98 INR plan for Internet. They deducted my balance for that. Which is fair enough. Then my balance became 72 INR. After a while, all of sudden my phone shows a balance of 0 INR. On asking the help desk.. they say they have no clue and they will contact me after 2 days and resolve this issue. What kinda pathetic service is this? They deduct our money for no reason, they don't even know for what... and ask us to wait for 2 days without balance... Is this what they provide for their loyal customers...
This is how AIRTEL, THE BRAND is cheating people... Airtel users BEWARE...
