Today i.e.23rd while asking the status, the persons picking up call and passing call one to another, unable to update the status, ultimately cannot say about the expected date of delivery. Moreover, they are much more interested about countering question in lieu of update the status about delivery. I noticed a guy sitting there, while personally handing over the phone on 20th is absolutely no dearth in the arena of Public Relations. We could not understand, how a reputed Company like Samsung can recruit such Bogus Staff, who even does not have control of languages. However, enough is enough. Nokia, s Service Centre gave us better impression.
