I'm writing this with utmost pain, sorrow. Please help me solve this issue with ebay seller game_mastr &-gt; http://myworld.ebay.in/game_mastr/ . The seller cheated by saying product carries 1year warranty. I purchased a product named A2000 mobile newly by December 20th from ebay through this seller. Product stopped working by February and after several request ebay seller seller accepted to take the product back for replacement.
product was sent through Aramex AWB 6173166145 by March 5th and seller confirmed that product was received. After 10 days i followed up through phone and then after 15 days and after a month. Now it is 20th April and seller says he needs 10 more days for repair. Finally i received the product on May 1st week and found seller has sent the same defective piece.
Sir do you think it is good to buy a product with ebay.in which says 100% warranty but actually it malfunctioned in 2 months and seller has no sign of replacement!! And still ebay.in allows the seller to sell the same product. I contacted ebay and they wanted me to email to [email protected] .. Ebay.in will help only for 45days. and they dont care after that, dont even respect you and treat like a dog.
