I have taken a cdma sim from reliance authorized outlet but after 2-3 days my sim got disconnected, when i asked with customer care they told that the document has not been submitted but when i went to the outlet they told that they have already submitted my proper documents, after this my sim got activated but they are repeating again and again the same thing giving the same reason.i really don't understand when they activated my sim for the second time than after that how can they disconnect my sim giving the same reason. i am really frustrsated by the contradicting statements of customer care and the vendor. it has been around a week they are not activating my sim. i have given that number in all the companies where i have applied for job, i don't know how costly it is going to prove for me.
