Airtel Prepaid
Not received the value for payment

I have got a recharge done for Rs.333 on 4th april on my prepaid mobile where i was promised a talk time value of Rs.333. when i got the recharge done for the same, i was given only a talk time value of Rs.266 . when i enquired the customer care executive, he says that this offer does not work if the recharge is done by i banking and this wasnt intimated to the customers anywhere neither in the airtel website nor in any offer documents prior to the advertisement of the full talk value offer. my mobile number is 9893723583 madhya pradesh. and my name is Lt.sarath chand
