Dear Sir,
I have purchased a gas geyser last year but it is not functioning properly. Its gas flame generally does not burn. In this connection I contact several times to the dealer but he always refuse my complain and never comes to my residence for the repair of this fault. Presently I am suffering from this problem again. Sir when I told him earlier to this problem, he says make a complain against me in the company.
Sir in this connection I want to say that please change my this piece because this problem arising from the day of purchase.
Sir secondly this type of behaviour of dealer with customers diminish your image so kindly take a appropriate action against the dealer.
Sir kindly make a appropriate action either to remove my problem or to change my piece.
