I have given the Complain on 5th., July, abot 15Ltr Gyser

ALMONARD PVT LIMITED / 15 LTR Gyser S.No. - 756, After that they have changed the Tank of my Gyser. With in 1 month Leakage stated I phoned many times but every time they told me that our Tecnication will come and check it and you have to Pay service Charges. I agree that if there is any problem from my side I will pay. after that Mr. Sandeep (Almonard Technication) visited after 45 days on 10th., September. He checked the Gyser and told me that the Leakage is from Tank. I rang up to Mr. Godbole (Incharge of Gujrat) Phone No.9998980650 Office No.079-26584876 He told me with in 4days I will send the New Gyser. Till to date I have not received, every time when I am giving Ring to him he promised me that I will send you new Gyser

Please help me. or informed me what action I should take. Should I go to Consumer Cort or you will help me.
