I Purchased a Bajaj gas Geyser from Moradabad last year.
Last year (i.e, November) after the installation of gyser I have the problem in this piece and I contacted to the dealer Ms. Urvashi Agencies, Moradabad and told him for the exchange of this piece. He told me that he is sending his worker and he will see the problem. The sevice person took that gyser to his shop and after one day he installed the same piece by saying that now the problem was rectified. But again after few days the problem again arises and I again contacted to the dealer. This time the service person told me a funny thing by saying that the pressure in your LPG cylinder is high but after pressuring him he saw the gyser and the gyser start working. After that gyser work satisfactorly for few days but after few days problem again arises. This time I again told that please exchange my this piece but again this time he will not give me satisfactory answer.
This year (i.e. October) when I connected the lid of gyser with LPG cylinder it is not working. I launched a complain on 14.10.11 but I have not received any response till 15.10.11 and on 16.10.11 in the evening around 06.30 pm I recevied a call from the service person that he will come on 17.10.11 and after talking with dealer he responed me by saying that make a complain against me in the company.
Sir if a customer getting this type of response than what image of company will be formed in the mind of the customer and other peoples. Because this type of behaviour spoils the name of the company, which has been like a pillar to our country's corporate sector.
Sir my family has always been a loyal customer with Bajaj and in this connection I want to say that please take appropriate action and exchange this pecace. For that I shall feel highly obliged.
