Sir,

I have purchased/received beetal dual sim full touch screen mobile (GD575) bearing IMEI Nos. 911150450068888& 911150450171138 through Homeshop18 on 21.02.2012 vide their Invoice No. BAR/0240851 Dated Febraury 13. But the display of the set has stopped responding after very little period of about 15 days. I have visited your Service Centre at Pathankot SHRI RAM COMMUNICATION, Old City Club, Anmol Colony, College Road, Pathankot on 5.03.2012 and even sent e-mail to the Beetel company. But till-date no response is there from Service Centre or from the Company. I request for repair or replacement of my hand set
