Poor quality of 7 o'clock twin blades

In last 4 months I purchased 7 O'clock twin blade cartridge refill packs three times from different stores. All three have been found to be of third class quality. They only shave once. Till 1 year ago these items had good quality. Something has gone wrong with Gillette.

When I complained, after 2 months they sent a cheque for refund that too of Citibank which again took 2 weeks for collection. But they never touched upon the quality complaint.

It is clear that company is either selling spurious and rejected goods now a day or have compromised with quality.this despite their raising prices almost twice in last 2 year period. Loot is going on.it is also possible that duplicate material is being sold.

The behaviour of company officials and their attitude of so serious complaint about unusable product is taken so lightly is amazing. I have available with me email correspondence and their response. The call centre agent of P&G whern I phoned misbehaved with me.

They are sure selling third rate product. A Rs 20 blade working only 1 or 2 shaves.

India is left open for every one to loot conmsumers, it seems, in name of globalisation and reforms.

Boycott the product of gillette.
