Had sent the below complaint about substandard quality of Gillette shaving gel and Mach 3 blade to Proctor and Gamble.

Dear Sir: Greeting,

I am highly disappointed with your Gillette Series Shave Gel product manufactured by Sarvatham Care Ltd, Barotiwala, Himachal Pradesh. The product is not only of sub-standard quality but the packing is also worst.

I had been using the Gillette products manufactured in Bhilwara for some years and the contents of the shaving gel and Macho 3 blades manufactured at Bhilwara had been very good. But the shaving gel and blades manufactured in Barotiwala are very bad and of substandard.

Lately I bought a 60 ml shaving gel No. N10085-07/10 on March 15 and Macho 3 blades from a chemist in Pune. The shaving gel pack began leaking heavily from the bottom and the blade had a rough edge causing cuts on the cheeks, causing cuts and bleeding.

If this is the quality of your products, I would advise the buyers of the products to desist from purchsing your products which causes harm not only to the pockets but to the body as well. I am also putting a review of your sub-standard products on the websites of consumer products, mouth.shut com and in the media.
