Hi,

I have broughta new GILMA nero 4 burner stove from BDM networks on 5th of feb, since then i had problems with the stove, there are two problems,

1. the stove tends to turn off when put to sim

2. there is a spark at the bottom of the stove when try to light up the burner

I have filed complaint two times and the sevice guy says its normal, i would not except the stove to work this way. The dealer from where we got the stove says he is not responsible, tomorrow if something happens who is responsible? please take action againt this. My suggestion to all is not to buy GILMA products.
