GILMA-horrible support - please don’t go for it.

Though I was against GILMA after going through

several complaints from other customers in internet,

my son got Chimney (Italia) and HOB (GST4B-Glass) from

Jeevan interiors, Kundanahalli Colony,

thinking support will be better as it is based

at Bangalore. Ref No N- N088.

But the case is different. The problem started from the

Day-1. The nozzle was not supplied for the HOB.

It has taken two more days to be installed and finally

installed on 19 May 10. The slow button of chimney

was not functioning. The rep of Manoj Enterprises,

Mr Prasad advised to lodge a complaint and will be

Serviced within a week. Fine - the complain was lodged.same day.

After 3 weeks Mr Prasad visited on 12 Jun 10 and removed

the switch assy and taken with him stating it will be replaced within

4 days.

The switch is not yet replaced even after repeated request.

The telephone is sometime not attended.

The chimney is thus unusable since 12 Jun. The very purpose

Of installing the chimney with huge cost is defeated.

All intended buyers, please think before you go for

GILMA.
