I had purchased a 20 litre Pigeon brand Microwave in March. In November of the Timer of the Microwave had spoilt and it had to be replaced. I spent Rs 350 on the same. This was within two years of me purchasing the product. We use it very minimally.
About 3 weeks back, the same problem has occured. I had given it again for repair. I was very upset and furious as this is very apalling. Life style marketing in Bangalore which takes care of this is charging me again for the same. Their replaced product has just lasted 6 months.
I am very unhappy about the product of Pigeon and their miserable after sales service. My plea to customers is not to buy any Pigeon product, otherwise their mental peace will be lost.
